The Swedish Ambassador in Greece Charlotte Wrangberg, the president of “The Child’s Smile”, Kostas Giannopoulos, the Deputy Minister of Education and Religions, Alexandros Dermentzopoulos, she was reported professor of Criminology and president of the central scientific committee for the school violence and bullying, Baso Artinopoulou, Björn Johansson and Erik Flygare from Örebro University. It has projected the Documentary “Diaries of Bullying” that it was created in the frame of the materialization of the work EAN.
At the end of the two days sessions performed the theatrical play “Blästrad” of the Swedish theatrical writer Mats Kjelbye that focuses on the violence against children
Two day conference
With basic aim the sensitizing of the educational community and the public in Greece for the serious problem of the school bullying and the exchange of good practices and educational tools, and in relation of art on confronting Bullying in Greece and Sweden, it has started today at the morning two days conference in the Archaeological Museum of Acropolis
The event with theme “the role of art in prevention of the school violence and bullying”, co organized with the “Child’s Smile” and the Swedish Embassy in Greece and realized in the frame of the multiannual action of the organization for the prevention of the phenomenon and their initiatives into the European Rights and the School Bullying (European Anti-Bullying Network – EΑΝ) with direction of the coordination of the participants operators in European level and the adaptation of a common strategy for confrontation in all of Europe.
The fortification of students and faculty can offer a new push in the efforts of fighting against the problem in national and international climax.
